Our Joslin Robe is a lush Mid length Pointelle wrap style Robe with belt.  Knitted in responsible sourced soft cotton. The Perfefect tran seasonal Knit. We use a small run family owned manufacturer that helps support the local community Balinese community. All our pieces are handcrafted in small bactches which support ethical fashion.

Our Joslin Robe is perfect paired back with our favourite Harper Pants as a set paired with your favourite pair of Cons or a classic Slide. Its alos great layered over your favourite dress worn open un belted.

Made from 100% responsibley sourced Cotton yarn.

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your parcel.

 

Customs and Import Duty.


All of our customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs.
By placing an order with Indian SummerCo's online store you are accepting responsibility for these charges.

REFUND POLICY

 At Indian Summer Co we do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We treat each customer on an individual basis providing as much information on fits, fabrics and accurate size charts. 

Full Priced Items.
  • Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
  • For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept refunds on swim, intimates or earrings.
  • Pre-Order are Non refundable and non exchangeable. We work closely with all of our factories and try to estimate delivery timeframes. We can not refund due to delays in freight, customs or manufacturing.
Exchanges

Sale items
  • All sale or discounted items are considered final and will not be accepted as returns for change of mind or the wrong size chosen. All items purchased on SALE are final, including when a discount code is used.

How do I return an item?
  • Email customercare@indiansummerco.com within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Please clearly state your order number and the item you wish to return. Once we receive your request for the return, we will send you a confirmation email for the approval to return your item to us.
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Indian Summer Co. reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled.
  •  Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will notify you by email that your return has been received and approved and your store credit will be emailed to you and kept in our system for three years as accordance to consumer law. 

** We recommend you send your parcel back via express trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**
** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**

 

Please note the following conditions for returns

  • Australian online orders with FREE SHIPPING  will have $10 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • International online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $30 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non – refundable.
