Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Indian Summer Co pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Am I eligible for a return?
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Sent back within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached
- Free of damage, marks, or tears from trying on
How do I return an item?

Please include a note with your order details and let us know whether you'd prefer a refund or a store credit note.
Refund or Store Credit — Your Choice
Once your return passes our quality review, you can choose either option:
Option 1 — Refund We'll refund the cost of your item/s, less the following deductions:

If Afterpay was used, a 6% fee applies in place of the standard merchant fee.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.
Refunds appear in your account within 48 hours of processing (timing may vary by bank).
Option 2 — Store Credit Note Prefer a credit note? We'll email you one within 48 hours of receiving your return, for the full value of the returned item/s (minus original shipping).
Please note: credit notes have a 6-month expiry from date of issue and cannot be converted to a cash refund once issued.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. If you experience any delays, we recommend contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties
All international orders are fully inclusive of customs and import duties. There are no surprise charges on delivery — we take care of this for you.
