How do I return an item?

Refund Policy

At Indian Summer Co, we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We treat each customer individually and provide detailed information on fits, fabrics, and size charts.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

• Clothing must be undamaged (no tears or marks from trying on).

When returning an item, please note the following deductions will apply for a refund.

-Our original cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. ($8)

– A 2% merchant processing fee will also be deducted from the refund total.

-Refunds are processed for the price of the goods returned, less the above deductions. 

Once the item passes our quality review, you will receive a refund less deductions, or a full credit note to use in our online store 

Please advise your preference with your return.

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Express Service takes 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch depending on your location.  Some regional areas & all NZ orders take longer.

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer Express Australia Post services:

- Express Rate $25.00
- Fully trackable
- Signature required

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your parcel.

Customs and Import Duty.

All of our customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs.
By placing an order with Indian SummerCo's online store you are accepting responsibility for these charges.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information for your country’s import duties and taxes.
