REFUND POLICY

 At Indian Summer Co we do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We treat each customer on an individual basis providing as much information on fits, fabrics and accurate size charts. 

Full Priced Items.
  • Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
  • For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept refunds on swim, intimates or earrings.
  • Pre-Order are Non refundable and non exchangeable. We work closely with all of our factories and try to estimate delivery timeframes. We can not refund due to delays in freight, customs or manufacturing.
Exchanges
  • Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items
  • All sale or discounted items are considered final and will not be accepted as returns for change of mind or the wrong size chosen. All items purchased on SALE are final, including when a discount code is used.

How do I return an item?
  • Email customercare@indiansummerco.com within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Please clearly state your order number and the item you wish to return. Once we receive your request for the return, we will send you a confirmation email for the approval to return your item to us.
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Indian Summer Co. reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled.
  •  Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will notify you by email that your return has been received and approved and your store credit will be emailed to you and kept in our system for three years as accordance to consumer law. 

** We recommend you send your parcel back via express trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**
** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**

 

Please note the following conditions for returns

  • Australian online orders with FREE SHIPPING  will have $10 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • International online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $30 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non – refundable.
