Full Priced Items.

  • Are returned to us within days of delivery

  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.

Exchanges

  • Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery

  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.

Sale Items.

  • All sale or discounted items are considered final and will not be accepted as returns. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

1.  Email customercare@indiansummerco.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 2.  Print Returns Form attached Here

 3.  Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Indian Summer Co. reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled

 4. Ship items back to the address provided on the returns form. 

 5. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will email your store credit to you which can be used storewide.  

** We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**

** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**
