Full Priced Items.
  • Are returned to us within days of delivery
  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
Exchanges
  • Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery
  • Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
  • No damage torn on clothing while trying on.
  • If item quality review is approved, full price items can be exchanged for a credit note to spend in our beautiful online store.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
Sale items
  • All sale or discounted items are considered final and will not be accepted as returns. 

How do I return an item?
  • Email customercare@indiansummerco.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Print Returns Form attached Here
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Indian Summer Co. reserves the right to not accept any items returned damaged or soiled
  • Ship items back to the address provided on the returns form. 
  •  Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will email your store credit to you which can be used storewide.  
** We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for the loss of garments being returned**
** Please check your junk folder if you have not received a reply within 48 hours**
